Cardiff & Co and the Cardiff Hoteliers’ Association jointly fund this key post aimed at driving up the volume of conference business coming to the Cardiff city-region.
Cardiff & Co’s Convention Bureau currently generates around £1.2m of income a year for the city via a wide range of conferences and events but with the right person managing the motivated and committed team, the potential exists to increase this figure significantly.
That’s where you come in…….
We’re looking for somebody with sales related experience, preferably within a hotel or conference related environment. We’re looking for somebody who can generate their own leads, follow them up and convert them. We’re looking for somebody who can motivate and get the best out of others. We’re looking for somebody able to develop and maintain relationships with Conference hotels and venues across the city-region.
