Seeking Corporate Champions to shape city's future
Cardiff & Co has launched its Cardiff Corporate Champions initiative for businesses in the city-region. The initiative targets those businesses that recognise the link between the profile of the city-region and the business opportunities available to them.
The programme is an opportunity for businesses to be part of a growing coalition of stakeholders in the city-region that promotes the area as a world class destination to do business, work, live, visit and study. The Cardiff Corporate Champions initiative is, in part, a response to a desire within the business community to participate visibly in the promotion of the region. Our Cardiff Corporate Champions will complement the work of the 340 Cardiff Ambassadors appointed to date.
The Cardiff Corporate Champion initiative is split into two categories; Gold and Silver, with investments at £10,000 and £5,000 respectively. Both come with a range of benefits aimed at increasing the profile of the affiliated organisations and facilitating access to key Cardiff & Co networking events such as the Cardiff Ambassadors’ Autumn Gala Dinner and Spring Breakfast. Access to Cardiff & Co’s extensive collateral of material which supports the promotion of the region will also be available to both Gold and Silver members as will the opportunity to use Cardiff & Co’s web presence – which has over 1m unique visitors a year - as a platform to raise their profile and highlight their support for the city.
