...... in South East Wales
An invitation for tourism businesses in South East Wales
Millions of visitors from Wales, the UK and overseas visit South East Wales each year to experience its unique offering. To profit and make the most from these visitors the local tourism businesses can make use of various avenues of support and marketing from local authorities and tourism associations.
Two successful events were held to help these local tourism businesses gain information about the tourism services offered by these associations and local authorities in October 2009. These events served as a ‘one-stop-shop’ to learn about the variety of tourism association memberships available in the region, to compare choices and make educated decisions helping you maximize your tourism business.
The events were very well received by over 200 attendees in total, and therefore a follow up event will held on Wednesday February 10. This will help you to gain knowledge of the attractions, activities and facilities available throughout the region of South East Wales that are an essential part of creating a memorable visitor experience. The event will have a more interactive character to enhancing the development and exchange of ideas and to inspire 'cross border' working.
To find out which local authorities and associations you can meet at both events just scroll to the bottom of this page.
